The integration is currently in early preview in the Insiders build of Pylance and is expected to roll out broadly later this year. “This is a game-changer for type safety in Python,” noted a Meta engineer. “By combining Pylance’s speed with Pyrefly’s advanced inference, we’re giving developers a powerful new tool.”
